Meade Telescopes

Meade telescopes are known for having high quality products. The Meade Telescope Company mainly manufactures telescopes, binoculars, and accessories, and they aim their products at amateur astronomers. The company was founded in 1972, but did not go public until 1997. Later in 1977 the Meade Telescope company could offer a wide range of telescopes and telescope parts. It was Meads`s large range of accessories that enabled them to produce their own telescopes. Their first series of telescopes were the 628 and 826, and these were reflecting telescopes, and Meade had great success with these 6" and 8" reflecting telescopes. A few years later in September 1980, Meade released a new telescope, Model 2080. Ever since that time Meade has continued to manufacture new and great telescopes and accessories. Today some of the most wanted telescopes are the Meade etx 70, etx 80, etx 125, ngc 60, and many more.
